Our Policy is clearly set out below. Please read and familiarise yourself prior to booking a workshop.

Booking a Workshop

Please consider carefully before booking a workshop if you intend to attend the workshop as there is an enormous amount of preparation that goes into each and every workshop. Be considerate and only book if you intend attending.

Queensland Pellowah Healing and Training Centre require 50% deposit of workshop price on booking a workshop ($150 administration fee is non refundable if you cancel once making the booking). The remaining 50% due on arrival at the workshop if paying cash or direct deposit must be made into our account prior to commencement of the workshop. All credit card payments will attract a 2.2% fee on top of workshop price.

Bank details will be provided on request if paying direct deposit.

Cancellation of your Booking

If a student withdraws from a workshop more than 7 days before the workshop commencement date, Queensland Pellowah Healing and Training Centre agrees to refund the workshop cost (minus $150 administration fee).

If cancellation is received on or after the date of workshop commencement, there will be no refund of any moneys paid.

Where a student fails to meet the attendance, there will be no refund of any monies paid.
